Returns

 

We understand it can be difficult purchasing products online without trying them on first and know that mistakes are sometimes made, therefore, we accept returns and will issue a refund including the cost of shipping (within Australia) provided the items match the requirements outlines below;

 

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags (handle tags) attached.
  • Swimwear can't be returned due to hygiene reasons



For Liberty Sisters to accept the return and issue a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we must have proof of purchase or your order number provided to you at the time of ordering.


Instructions:

If your request adheres to the above requirements;

  • Email your return request including your order number to hello@libertysistersboutique.com and we will provide the return address
  • Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email if the return is accepted
  • If the return is accepted, you will receive a refund to the card/account used to make the purchase and you will be notified by email
